Making these bags has become an important part of my everyday life. I’ve had people judge the way I look, and I’ve had people dismiss my work before taking much time to look at it. But when I sit back down at my sewing machine, choose my fabrics, line up the pieces, and watch another bag slowly come together, I remember why I started making them in the first place. I’m Margaret Wilson. I’m a Native American woman, a maker, and someone who takes pride in creating something useful with my own hands. I don’t expect anyone to buy one of my bags because of my story. I would rather you look closely at the stitching, the quilting, the patterns, and all the small details I spent time putting together. That means much more to me. ❤️

Some things are made to carry more than just belongings. When I choose a design for one of my quilted bags, I’m often drawn to images that have long been part of Native life and art in different communities — buffalo, horses, tipis, feathers, open land, the sky, and strong geometric patterns.I know these images don’t mean exactly the same thing to every tribe, and I would never pretend they do. For me, they bring to mind things that have always mattered deeply:home, family, strength, resilience, and staying connected to the land and where we come from.I choose the fabrics and colors that speak to me, then slowly bring everything together through quilting and stitching. I hope when you carry one of my bags, you don’t just see a colorful pattern — you see something with character, warmth, and a story behind it. ❤️

I don’t make these bags on a factory line, and I don’t want every one of them to look perfectly identical.I choose and arrange the fabrics, quilt the layers together, shape the panels, sew the sections, press the seams, attach the handles and straps, and check the little details before I consider a bag finished. Because they are made by hand, you may notice small differences in the stitching, quilting, texture, or placement of a pattern. I don’t see those differences as flaws.They are part of the character of handmade work — little signs that someone actually sat at a sewing machine and made your bag one step at a time.That is what I want my work to feel like: personal, useful, and a little different from anything made by the thousands.

I believe a handmade bag can be more than something useful. Sometimes the things we remember most are the ones that feel a little more personal — something chosen because its colors, animals, patterns, or story reminded us of a particular person.My quilted bags can make a thoughtful gift for a mother, daughter, sister, close friend, teacher, caregiver, or anyone who loves colorful handmade pieces that don’t look like everything else in the store. Since I make them individually, each one carries its own small differences and character. That is part of what I hope makes receiving one feel special.The most meaningful gift doesn’t always have to be the most expensive one. Sometimes it’s simply the one that feels like somebody really thought about who it was meant for. ❤️

Returns Policy

At Kiazure we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issues, and you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

If you are cancelling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us via service@kiazure.com. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

RETURN

We would accept returns if you notify us via email at service@kiazure.com.

Make sure to contact us within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

The following information is needed to process your request:

Your order number(order number should begin with “Kia-”)
The name and email address used to place the order
Detailed reasons for return
Pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

REFUND

If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund. Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:

If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
If you did not receive your product within 60 business days after the date that your order has been placed.

Please Note:

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, If there is no product quality problem, due to the customer’s personal reasons, such as dislike/choose the wrong color/choose the wrong size…
Kiazure is responsible for the cost of return shipping, If product defective/damage /missing item/wrong item.
We do not charge relisting fees.
If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps:

Check your bank or PayPal balance again (transaction may be delayed).
Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially released, as it may take up to 3-5 business days to process the balance).
You cannot ask for a refund if:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested).
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost).
