Question - What is this made from?
Answer - The cover is made from 100% organic cotton. The pillow is generously filled with PP cotton.
Question - How do I adjust the headrest?
Answer - The headrest can be adjusted by unbuttoning it. It can be attached at the bottom of the pillow, the middle and then the top. Allowing you to support the lower and middle of your back. Or it can be attached at the top and used as a neck/headrest. Or completely remove it and use it as a footrest!
Question - How do I clean it?
Answer - The cover is fully removable. As well as the cover on the headrest. Simply unzip from the pillow of the pillow/headrest and remove the inner pillow. You can then machine wash the cover on a cold temperature with a gentle cycle. Please then air dry.
Question - Are there additional covers available
Answer - Yes! Mix and match the look of your pillow by getting an additional cover for it. You can get them

RETURN
We would accept returns if you notify us via email at service@kiazure.com.
Make sure to contact us within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
The following information is needed to process your request:
Your order number(order number should begin with “Kia-”)
The name and email address used to place the order
Detailed reasons for return
Pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
REFUND
If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund. Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
If you did not receive your product within 60 business days after the date that your order has been placed.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

We do not charge relisting fees.
If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps:

Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially released, as it may take up to 3-5 business days to process the balance).
You cannot ask for a refund if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested).
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost).
